Phoenix Important Info

Authors with long lines will get wrist banded. We will have a volunteer coordinator at the end of the line who will hand out wristbands. Each author will have a different color wristband and each wristband will have a number. Numbers to each line will be updated on an online document which you can check on your phone wherever you are in the building or you can ask a volunteer to look up the number if you’re having connectivity issues. We do wristbands so you don't have to spend large amounts of time waiting in line. Instead, you can visit more authors. We only allow 10-15 in line at a time. Those that have tables along the walls in the ballroom are the additional authors who will most likely get wristbanded. More info will come as we get closer. Two weeks out from the event, the seating chart and other important info like which authors we will wristband will be released.

This is released around the 2 week mark, along with who we anticipate being wristbanded.

You must plan your own transportation to the Phoenix airport. It is approximately 20 miles away from the venue.

Event is 18+

NO WAGONS OR STROLLERS, small carts are fine, no bigger than 18x18.

Overnight self-parking discounted to $10 per vehicle per night per program with in/out privileges. Guests to be charged

Prevailing rates, currently $26 per vehicle per night with in/out privileges for overnight valet.

Day Use self-parking in the CITY of Glendale owned parking garage adjacent to the Hotel is $10 for 0-12 hours. This rate is per visit.
