Those authors with long lines will get wrist banded. We will put some of these highly popular authors in Lakeshore, a room adjacent to the Grand Ballroom. We will have a volunteer coordinator at the end of the line who will hand out wristbands. Each author will have a different color wristband and each wristband will have a number. Numbers to each line will be updated on an online document which you can check on your phone wherever you are in the building. You can also ask any volunteer to update you on the number if you are having connectivity issues. We use wristbands, so you don't have to spend large amounts of time waiting in line. Instead, you can visit more authors. We only allow 10-15 in line at a time. Those authors who have tables along the walls in the Grand Ballroom are the additional authors that will most likely get wristbanded. More info will come as we get closer and the seating chart is released 2 weeks out from the event.

Effortlessly access Chicago O'Hare International Airport via our hotel's complimentary shuttle service.

For domestic flights, pick up is at the Hotel Shuttle Center Door #3, which is located just off the baggage claim area.

Pickup at the International Terminal is available upon request. Please call the hotel directly upon arrival to arrange for pickup. Disabled accessible shuttles are available upon request.
